2. Navigate to Menu option.
3. Go to Bluetooth Headphone Setting.

If you see this setting on your TV screen, then connect it with your AirPods.

If you still don’t see this setting, then you need an alternative third-party Bluetooth transmitter to connect your AirPods.

Three Ways To Connect AirPods To Vizio TV:

In my Vizio TV, I have Bluetooth. But there are officially three ways to complete this connectivity. In the following section, we’ll take a look at both!

Way 1: Connect AirPods to a Vizio TV via Bluetooth:

If your Vizio TV has Built-in Bluetooth feature, then you can connect your AirPods by performing the given steps:

1. Put your AirPods in the charging case.
2. Don’t close the top of charging case, keep it open.
3. Press and hold the button, which is at the back of the case at least for 5 seconds.
4. The LED indicator on the screen will start to blink which means that your AirPods are in pairing mode.
5. Press the setting button on the remote.
6. Select the Bluetooth headphones option if not then click on the write navigator on the remote until the Bluetooth option pops up.
7. After selecting the Bluetooth headphones option, select the AirPods you wanted to connect with your Vizio TV.
8. By any chance, if you still don’t see your AirPods, then click on more devices.

After this procedure, I assure you that you will be able to watch your movies more comfortably, experiencing a whole new world.

Way 2: Connect AirPods with Vizio TV Using Bluetooth Transmitter:

If your Vizio TV doesn’t have built-in Bluetooth feature, then you need to buy a Bluetooth transmitter device.

Wide variety of Bluetooth transmitters are available in market.

To connect your AirPods with Vizio TV through Bluetooth transmitter you need to complete these steps:

1. Plug in your Bluetooth transmitter in one port of your Vizio TV.
2. Turn on the Bluetooth transmitter.
3. Put your AirPods in the charging case.
4. Don’t close the top of charging case, keep it open.
5. Press and hold the button, which is at the back of the case at least for 5 seconds.
6. The LED indicator on the screen will start to blink which means that your AirPods are in pairing mode.
7. The AirPods will automatically connect with transmitter.

That’s it. If you’re using Bluetooth transmitter, then you can connect AirPods with this method.

If you don’t have a Bluetooth transmitter in time of need, then you can use Apple TV App to connect AirPods with your Vizio TV.

Way 3. Connect AirPods to Vizio TV with Apple TV App:

 By any chance you are using the Apple TV App, then you can easily connect AirPods with Vizio TV.

All Vizio TV, which were released from 2016 or so on do support this app.

To connect AirPods using this app, you must follow:

1. Press “Home Button” on your TV’s remote.
2. Go to “My Apps” section.
3. In the “Search Bar,” search for Apple TV.
4. If the app isn’t installed, “Download” it. It will automatically install.
5. Open the app and go to “Start Watching.”
6. Sign into your “Apple ID.”
7. Once you’re done, your AirPods will connect to your Vizio TV.

In this way, you can only watch your Apple TV shows. And you can only connect to AirPods using this App.

This method only works for Apple TV App.

If you are facing problem in connecting AirPods with Vizio TV, try to turn off all the nearby devices to your surrounding and try to connect again.

Also confirm that your TV is also disconnected from any other Bluetooth device.

electric socket.

To reset AirPods you must perform these steps properly,

1. Put AirPods in charging case.
2. Don’t close the cover of the case.
3. At the rear of the case, press and hold the button for at least 15 sec.
4. The light of the case will turn white.
5. Once done, AirPods are ready to pair.

Now plug in the wire, switch on the TV and turn on the Bluetooth mode. Place AirPods in pairing mode and try to pair them. It is a very effective way.

There is no side effect if you connect AirPods with non-Apple device. However, you cannot access most of the features.

You can use basic functions like listening audio and making calls, but You can’t use “go back” or “skip forward” feature. You won’t be able to pause or play audio unless you remove them or put them back in the ears respectively.

Also, Siri’s feature won’t be available to you in non-Apple devices.
